That being said, we take recruiting very seriously and don't expect our applicants to take it any less seriously. We also want to stress that the applicant must put his or her own interests first, meaning that if you don't feel this clan feels right to you, we won't take it to offense at all if you just say so and move on. Find the right clan for you.

What We Do
Hello everyone, I am the leader of UltraKill Empire and we are looking to recruit players with skill, maturity, and a desire to be part of what many of us consider to be a fraternity within the game. We have been established for well over a year and are currently ranked 42nd in experience. Some of the events we hold as a clan include:
- Frequent clan wars, generally three to six a night, sometimes up to twenty if we split into two teams! We have been consistently ranked in the top 50 for most clan experience gained, a great indicator of how often we do this.
- An upcoming 2v2 tournament amongst members of our clan, wherein NX prizes of between 5,000 and 25,000 NX will be offered to the winners.
- Game Show night during a day of the weekends, wherein small NX prizes between 1,000 and 5,000 NX will be offered to the winners of trivia and game show style contests related to Combat Arms.
- In-clan scrimmages to improve teamwork and also to play a good opposing team 
- Clan practices to create tactics, show good spots and good nades, and better understand each map.

Guidelines
- Should be SFC or better.
- Prefer 16 as minimum age (maturity factor, but can be proven in other ways)
- KDR should be 1.3+ (exceptions are possible if you perform very well in other tests, such as teamwork, maturity, and general skill)
- Should be fairly active (however, since we are focused on maintaining a level of maturity and respect in the clan, we realize that real life issues take precedent to the game, so in the event that you must become inactive, you should tell us why)
- MUST be mature and have a working microphone (There are NO exceptions to the microphone part; we can't accurately judge a player's maturity if they do not talk on our Ventrilo)
- MUST undergo a recruiting phase, usually lasting about a week, after which the administrators of the clan will vote on whether to allow you in the clan.
- MUST be teamviewed before being allowed in the clan (we pride ourselves on being a legitimate clan with absolutely no tolerance for glitching or cheating in pubs or wars. If we catch you glitching or cheating against people outside of our clan, you will be kicked from the clan immediately)

What you need to do
If you feel confident that you can pass these guidelines, do not simply apply to the clan, as doing that straight up without us knowing who it is will just lead to us rejecting the application immediately. Instead, post a message in these forums stating your in-game name and perhaps another form of contact (in case messenger is down) so that one of our admins or myself can contact you and give you our Ventrilo information.
As a recruit to the clan, we expect you to play with us in some public matches as well as in-clan scrimmages, while communicating to us in Ventrilo. You will be given a "UKE Recruit" title in the Ventrilo until your recruiting phase is up. See the "recruiting process" thread for more details.
